Katie worked as an architect for a decade, and was an architectural director by the end of that career. What drew her in was never really the buildings. It was phenomenology: the study of how a space is actually felt, moved through, remembered.

Alongside the design work, she'd quietly been building something else for just as long — a tarot, astrology and occult practice entirely her own.
